格隆汇5月8日丨济民健康(603222.SH)公布，2026年5月8日，公司收到双鸽集团的通知，双鸽集团已与长河壹号签署了《关于解除的协议》，一致同意解除双方于2026年3月6日签署的《股份转让协议》。本次公司控股股东拟协议转让股份事项终止。
