马应龙5月8日公告，公司控股子公司马应龙医管原拟将持有的北京医管79.81%股权转让给卓准技术，交易价格为1.04亿元。因受让方未按合同约定支付履约保证金，经催告后仍未足额支付，合同解除，本次交易终止。该事项不会对公司生产经营及财务状况造成重大不利影响。
