5月7日，据媒体报道，小米汽车首款增程式SUV将归属全新独立子品牌“寻天”(英文名为SKYNOMAD)，该车将不再使用小米主品牌标识，计划于2026年下半年正式发布。
据悉，该车型内部代号为昆仑N3，此前网传的“YU9”命名已被取消。
