5月7日晚间，*ST赛隆（002898）披露公告称，公司收到深交所《终止上市事先告知书》。
*ST赛隆表示，公司2025年度财务会计报告、财务报告内部控制均被出具无法表示意见的审计报告，触及股票终止上市情形，深交所拟决定终止公司股票上市交易。
