5月7日，金鹰股份（600232）发布公告，控股股东浙江金鹰集团有限公司将其持有的2000万股股份办理质押，占其所持股份的10.91%及公司总股本的5.48%。
截至公告披露日，金鹰集团累计质押股份为1.04亿股，占其所持股份的56.63%及公司总股本的28.46%。
2026年一季度，金鹰股份实现收入3.12亿元，归母净利润1163万元。
