据中央气象台消息，今天（5月6日）14时，今年第5号台风“黑格比”（热带风暴级）在西北太平洋洋面上生成。
其中心位于菲律宾马尼拉东偏南方向约2950公里的洋面上，就是北纬8.4度、东经147.3度，中心附近最大风力有8级（18米/秒）。预计“黑格比”将以每小时30公里左右的速度向西偏南方向快速移动，强度变化不大。
