5月1日上午，在重庆至万州高速铁路（简称“渝万高铁”）站前3标撮箕浦双线特大桥施工现场，一对500米长钢轨从新型多功能长钢轨牵引车上稳稳铺下，标志着渝万高铁忠县段铺轨施工正式启动。
