4月27日，高凌信息（688175）发布公告，计划以自有资金通过集中竞价交易方式回购股份，总金额不低于2400万元且不超过3000万元，回购价格上限为52.36元/股，预计回购股份数量在46万股至57万股，占总股本的0.35%至0.44%。
2026年一季度，高凌信息实现收入6160万元，归母净利润395万元。
