4月24日，极目新闻记者从武汉市教育局获悉，今年，武汉市中考报名人数10.6万人，普高招生总计划为85249人，其中公办高中招生68619人，民办高中招生8630人，中职学校综合高中试点班招生8000人。
相较2025年，普高计划净增12430人，其中公办高中增加6205人，民办高中增加1025人。经测算，武汉市今年普高率有望达到80%以上。
