人民财讯4月24日电，4月24日，苏州天脉(301626)发行可转债券的申请获深交所审议通过，公司拟募资7.86亿元用于“苏州天脉导热散热产品智能制造甪直基地建设项目（一期）”。该项目投资总额13.6亿元，建成达产后将新增年产3000万PCS高端均温板的生产能力。
