项目以“钱塘水韵”为设计灵感，将建筑幻化成三朵灵动的“涟漪”向四周荡漾
全玻璃幕墙呼应着江水的波光粼粼，屋顶如波浪般连绵起伏。当雾气缠绕其间，整个街区仿佛浮在水面上，自带一种仙气缭绕的滤镜。
