企查查APP显示，呷哺呷哺餐饮管理有限公司成立于2008年9月，注册资本5500万元，其拥有1200余家分店，其中600余家分店已注销。信息显示，该公司全资股东呷哺呷哺投资集团有限公司于近期被强制执行，被执行金额为29.91万元。
