美国有线电视新闻网4月23日援引消息人士的话报道称，美国军方正在制定新方案，一旦美伊停火破裂，美军将针对伊朗在霍尔木兹海峡周边的军事防御能力进行重点打击。
报道还称，美军还可能对伊朗军民两用设施和基础设施，包括能源设施，发动袭击，迫使伊朗重返谈判桌。
