当地时间4月22日，乌克兰总统泽连斯基在接受采访时表示，美国和伊朗的战争影响了美国对乌克兰的武器供应。乌克兰原本可以通过"乌克兰优先需求清单"机制购买美国武器，但当前受美伊冲突和美国武器产能有限等多方面因素影响，美国目前只能向乌克兰供应很少的反导装备，如果美国和伊朗无法维持停火，那么乌克兰在反导防御方面会面临更大的风险。
