中国东航今日与阿里千问签约，千问首家接入东方航空，上线全流程AI机票服务，改变传统OTA为主的机票销售流程。
用户在AI对话界面输入个人偏好后，由AI完成自动查询、比对并推荐最适配的东航航班，进而完成购票，选座，值机，由东航官方提供退改签支持，未来将进一步接入会员服务。
