IT之家 4 月 23 日消息，Tesla（特斯拉）CEO 埃隆 · 马斯克 (Elon Musk) 在公司 2026Q1 财报电话会议上表示，Terafab 计划导入英特尔代工的 Intel 14A 先进逻辑制程工艺。
马斯克称尽管 Intel 14A 当前尚未完全定型，但到 Terafab 垂直整合晶圆厂投产时这项工艺应该已经相当成熟或准备就绪，这样看来选择 Intel 14A 工艺似乎是一致明智之举。
而在 Terafab 项目推进的同时，特斯拉将率先在其得州超级工厂园区内建设研发晶圆厂，投资规模约 30 亿美元（IT之家注：现汇率约合 205.16 亿元人民币），月产能在数千片晶圆水平，为 Terafab 打下基础。
