4月21日，中国石化（600028/00386）发布公告，吕亮功因年龄原因辞去公司执行董事、高级副总裁职务，原定任期至2027年6月。吕亮功的离任不会导致公司董事会成员低于法定人数，并将按照公司相关管理制度做好交接工作。
2025年，中国石化实现收入27835.83亿元，归母净利润318.09亿元。
