4月21日，据海南自由贸易港消息，2011年4月20日，海南离岛免税政策正式落地实施。海口海关4月20日发布数据显示，2011年4月20日至2026年4月19日，15年来，海口海关累计监管海南离岛免税购物金额2864亿元，购物件数3.47亿件，购物人数5086.67万人次。
