邵阳城市报消息：邵阳市一中东门有一段近百米的人行道，因长期未硬化、未贯通，晴天尘土飞扬、雨天泥泞难行，师生被迫与机动车混行，安全隐患突出。记者调查发现，该路段因部门权责不清、历史遗留问题被搁置多年，群众多次投诉无果。
