财联社4月21日电，美国交通部长肖恩·达菲当地时间4月20日在一份声明中表示，将向美国国家铁路客运公司（Amtrak）东北铁路走廊的铁路项目投资47亿美元。声明称，投资项目涵盖纽约宾夕法尼亚车站和华盛顿联合车站。投资将用于升级火车站基础设施、优化美国民众的铁路服务以及重建铁路桥梁基础设施。
