近日，四川。一女生和朋友入住酒店后，凌晨竟被前台带陌生男子刷卡进入房间，女生惊醒质问后两人才离开。女生表示，事发后酒店抛出“前台不知房间有人”“楼下足浴客人会上楼睡觉”等理由推卸责任，报警后酒店虽愿意赔偿房费，但拒绝道歉且态度恶劣。对此，酒店工作人员称这是意外，前台刷错卡客人立马就出来了，还表示已给女生退了房费但她不满意。
