国际海事组织发言人20日表态称，霍尔木兹海峡附近海域局势依然动荡多变，附近船舶应保持"最高等级戒备"，在未获得安全保障情况下切勿冒险行动。
根据国际海事组织官网消息，截至19日，已确认相关海域发生24起袭船事件，造成10名海员死亡。
