人民财讯4月20日电，渤海汽车(600960)4月20日披露年报，2025年实现营业收入31.15亿元，同比下降26.31%；归母净利润1.67亿元，上年同期亏损12.64亿元，实现扭亏为盈；基本每股收益0.1761元。报告期，归母净利润实现1.67亿元，主要原因系原德国子公司渤海国际和BTAH于报告期不再纳入合并报表范围，“超额亏损”转回形成投资收益所致。
