据农业农村部消息，今年1—3月，农业农村部组织开展了2026年第一季度农产品质量安全例行监测工作，抽检蔬菜、水果、畜禽产品和水产品，涉及4大类125个品种7517个样品，包括132项参数，监测合格率98.5%。其中，蔬菜、水果、畜禽产品、水产品合格率分别为98.8%、96.2%、99.3%、97.7%。
