据重庆市防汛抗旱指挥部，预计4月19日午后到20日白天，重庆市将出现今年首场大范围暴雨天气过程，16个区县有较高以上强降雨灾害风险，23个区县部分中小河流有涨水风险。经会商研判，重庆市于19日9时针对风险高和较高的巴南区、綦江区、彭水县、酉阳县共15个区县启动防汛四级应急响应。（新华社）
