为有效支撑在建的上海市农产品东部中心批发市场的对外交通服务保障，日前，G1503拱极路立交红线专项规划获批。绕城高速（G1503）拱极路立交新增匝道红线以增设一条北向匝道，新匝道建成后，将有效缓解早高峰惠南镇出城车辆的拥堵。
