财联社4月18日电，据水利部消息，今年一季度，全国水利基础设施建设实现良好开局。1—3月，全国实施各类水利项目24231个，其中新开工水利项目8348个；完成水利建设投资2070亿元，同比增长4.1%。水利项目施工吸纳就业67万人，其中农村劳动力54.5万人，累计发放就业人员工资91亿元，农村劳动力工资68.8亿元。
