4月17日，Uber以约3.18亿美元的价格，从德国食品配送公司Delivery Hero的最大股东Prosus手中额外收购该公司4.5%的股份。
此前，Prosus曾提出以41亿欧元收购欧洲外卖巨头Just Eat Takeaway.com。但该收购案遭到欧盟委员会的审查，后者表示，若Prosus大幅减持其在Delivery Hero的持股，将批准该交易。
