4月16日，甘肃能化（000552）发布公告，正在筹划发行股份及支付现金购买甘肃能化金昌能源化工开发有限公司100%股权，并拟向不超过35名特定投资者发行股份募集配套资金。
公司证券将于2026年4月17日复牌，恢复交易。公告中提到，此次交易的生效和完成需经过董事会再次审议、国有资产监督管理机构批准、股东会批准等多个环节，存在不确定性。
2025年前三季度，甘肃能化实现收入61.19亿元，归母净利润-2.75亿元。
