4月16日，信用中国官网显示，湖南三湘银行因2020年2月至2025年4月购买礼品无偿赠送客户、未按“偶然所得”代扣代缴个人所得税，被国家税务总局长沙市税务局第三稽查局处以30.64万元罚款（长税三稽罚﹝2026﹞25号）。经查，该行上述期间应扣未扣个税合计111.10万元，其中2020年2月至2022年1月涉及49.83万元，因在限期内补扣解缴未造成税款流失不予处罚；2022年2月至2025年4月涉及61.28万元，已补扣解缴，按规定处50%罚款计30.64万元。
