广州一二手房终于 “止跌回涨”

广州一手房均价环比上涨0.3%，结束自2025年1月以来长达一年多的下跌态势！！
另外，二手房价格也环比上涨0.2%，同样走出了低谷。
全国范围来看，北上广深都走出了一二手房价格环比上涨的行情，呈现出明显的反转信号。
