北京商报讯（记者 宋亦桐）4月14日，国家金融监督管理总局萍乡监管分局发布《关于江西农村商业联合银行股份有限公司受让莲花农商银行5.3924%股权的批复》，同意江西农村商业联合银行股份有限公司受让江西润鑫实业有限公司持有的莲花农商银行855.9095万股权。受让后，江西农村商业联合银行股份有限公司持有莲花农商银行855.9095万股权，持股比例为5.3924%。
