根据绵阳市涪城区老年养护院项目（一期）招标计划公告，项目估算总投资92400000元，占地20亩，拟新建13350平方米的老年养护院，设置养老护理床位300张。
其中:地上建筑面积为12750平方米，包含养老居住区、医疗康复区、公共活动区等，地下设备用房约600平方米。建设院区安防系统、智慧化养老照护等配套附属设施。
项目施工、勘察、设计、监理、重要设备和材料等预计5月14日启动招标。
