唯有把自己照顾好，生活才会慢慢变好

人到一定年纪才真正懂：余生真的不长，别把日子过成将就，别把真心耗在不值得的人和事上。

我们总习惯先顾着家人、忙着工作、应付人情，把自己排在最后。熬夜硬扛、委屈不说、难过硬撑，以为这是懂事，其实是在透支自己。慢慢发现，讨好换不来真心，迁就留不住关系，唯有把自己照顾好，生活才会慢慢变好。

好好爱自己，不是自私，而是清醒。是累了就歇，烦了就放，不跟烂人纠缠，不跟烂事较劲。别人的嘴管不住，自己的心要守住；外界的声音听不完，自己的感受最重要。不必光芒万丈，但要始终温暖有光；不必人人喜欢，但要忠于自己。

清空烦恼，重装快乐。把过去的遗憾打包放下，把心里的垃圾定期清理，把多余的情绪果断断舍离。生活本就是一边经历，一边自愈，那些让你辗转难眠的事，放在岁月里不过是一粒尘埃。放过自己，不是原谅别人，而是给心灵松绑。

从今天起，好好吃饭、好好睡觉、好好生活。少生气、多开心，输了健康，赢了世界又如何？想做的事别等，想见的人别拖，想去的地方别犹豫。把温柔和偏爱留给自己，把时间和精力用在值得的地方。
