缅甸气象与水文局发布消息称，4月12日，实皆省甘勃卢镇和遵拉镇发生了地震。

上午11时49分左右，在甘勃卢镇东南方向约43英里处，以地下11公里深处为中心，发生了一次震级为3.8级的地震。
凌晨5时30分左右，以遵拉镇以东约18英里为中心，在地下15公里深处，发生了一次震级为3.6级的地震。
这两次地震均为强烈实皆大地震的余震，被发布为第293号和294号余震通告。
