4月13日，上交所发布截止2026年4月12日发审信息。上周（4月6日—4月12日）无新增受理企业。截至4月12日，今年新增12家受理企业。截至4月12日，各板块在审企业共292家。其中上交所58家（主板16家，科创板42家），深交所53家（主板16家，创业板37家），北交所181家。截至4月12日，2026年已公布终止审查（撤材料+否决/终止注册）企业13家，其中上交所7家（主板3家，科创板4家），深交所创业板1家，北交所5家。
