格隆汇4月9日丨*ST华闻(000793.SZ)公布重整计划，以华闻集团现有总股本1,997,245,457股为基数，按照每10股转增12股实施资本公积转增股本，共计转增2,396,694,548股，转增后公司总股本为4,393,940,005股（最终转增股份准确数量以中证登深圳分公司实际登记确认的数量为准）。
