4月9日，吉林敖东（000623）发布公告，股东敦化市金诚实业有限责任公司将其持有的1445万股股份办理质押，占其所持股份的4.42%及公司总股本的1.21%；同时解除质押股份1250万股，占其所持股份的3.82%及公司总股本的1.04%。
截至公告披露日，金诚公司累计质押股份为1.09亿股，占其持股总数的33.44%。
2025年前三季度，吉林敖东实现收入16.40亿元，归母净利润22.60亿元。
