中广核老挝北部互联互通清洁能源基地一期100万千瓦光伏项目投运大会4月7日在老挝首都万象举行，老挝总理宋赛及中老双方相关政府和企业代表200余人出席活动。该项目位于老挝乌多姆赛省孟赛县和那磨县，预计年均发电量16.5亿千瓦时，等效减排二氧化碳约130万吨。（新华社）
