俄罗斯塔斯社2日援引俄罗斯能源部长齐维廖夫的话报道，俄罗斯正装载第二艘向古巴运送石油的船只。
报道说，齐维廖夫当天在喀山举办的一场论坛上向媒体表示：“一艘俄船只‘突破了封锁’，第二艘正在装载，我们不会让古巴人民陷入困境。”
