财联社3月31日电，中寰股份公告，因原控股股东、实际控制人李瑜逝世，其持有的公司5360.14万股股份（占总股本51.76%）由罗蓉通过夫妻共同财产分配及遗产继承取得。本次变更后，罗蓉成为公司控股股东、实际控制人，一致行动人罗蓉之女李青、罗蓉之女婿张迪持股不变。
