当地时间3月31日，阿富汗国家灾难管理部门宣布，在过去的24小时内，受强降雨引发的洪水、山体滑坡等灾害影响，已有14人死亡，17人受伤，约476栋房屋被毁。
该机构补充称，根据初步数据，共有603户家庭受灾，部分耕地、店铺以及供水网络和水井也遭到了破坏。（总台记者 李霜溪）
