3月30日，瑞幸咖啡新品“一整颗生椰”（椰子蛋）在社交平台引发吐槽，其中“个别椰肉出现异常紫色”引发食品安全争议。
3月31日，瑞幸咖啡就此向界面新闻回应，经核查，因椰果肉中含有天然多酚类物质与活性酶，在椰子外壳切开后，果肉可能呈现出淡粉色状态，属于正常的自然现象，可放心食用。（界面新闻记者 赵晓娟）
