韩国央行国际局长尹庆洙（音）3月31日表示，韩元兑美元汇率近期跌速过快，若汇市一边倒现象凸显时，央行将采取应对措施。
对于汇率下跌的主要背景，尹庆洙分析认为，外资近期每日从股市大规模外流，近一年来境内股市总市值中外资持股比重相当大，海外投资银行在此情况下重新调整资金比重，导致外资外流。由于外流速度较快，给汇率下跌造成压力。
