长光华芯3月31日公告，公司董事会近日收到董事会秘书杜佳的书面辞职报告，杜佳因个人身体原因，申请辞去公司董事会秘书职务，辞职后将不再担任公司任何职务。在公司聘任新的董事会秘书之前，暂由公司董事长、总经理闵大勇代为履行董事会秘书职责。
