近日，湖北省通信管理局对中国联合网络通信有限公司荆州市分公司作出行政处罚，该公司因对业务代理商管理不力、对电信用户不履行公开作出的承诺以及限定电信用户使用其指定的业务，被责令改正并罚款3万元。
