2021年12月3日，中老铁路开通运营。为了运营维护好中老铁路， 国铁昆明局 累计派出700多名专业人员奔赴老挝，培养了数百名老挝籍铁路职工和专业技术人才， 第一批老挝籍列车长 李姗姗便是其中一员。
