格隆汇3月27日丨中民控股(00681.HK)公布，2025财年，预计集团将录得约人民币1.43亿元的亏损，同比2024财年所录得的利润约人民币0.59亿元。
根据现有资料，由于合资企业的物业、厂房及设备及使用权资产等资产发生重大减值亏损，2025财年于合营企业录得约人民币1.73亿元的亏损份额(2024财年:盈利份额人民币0.70亿元)。
