早春三月，秦沈高速公路一期项目建设加足马力，全速推进。二月二十四日以来，全线控制性工程闾山特长隧道、大凌河特大桥、绕阳河特大桥、辽河特大桥以及路基、桥涵等分项工程均已全面复工，完成投资一点六五亿元。
