格隆汇3月26日丨国银金租(01606.HK)宣布，公司作为出租人与承租人于2026年3月26日分别订立本次若干融资租赁合同，据此，(i)出租人同意以代价合计约人民币4.62亿元向承租人购买本次租赁物，及(ii)出租人同意向承租人出租本次租赁。
